YOGURT / CURD RECIPE-How to make creamy curd.



Yogurt Recipe



In gredients:


500 ml Full Cream Milk( warm)
Curd: 1 1/2 tsp

Method:


  1. Warm milk in a pan.
  2. Add the curd in warmed milk in a bowl.Take 3-4 tbsp milk and mix the curd well into it.
  3. Add this milk and curd mix into the remaining milk and mix transferring from one pan to another or mixing well with a spoon.
  4. Cover with a lid and keep it in a warm place.
  5. Keep in a warm place for 5-6 hours.I set it aside inside a microwave or my OTG and it gives very good results.
  6. Remember, amount of curd to be mixed and temperature of milk may wary as per season/weather conditions.In winters the milk should be slightly hot and put 2 tsp of curd to set it. 
Enjoy thick ,creamy and sweet curd !!
