KRISPY CHAPATI ' N' CHEESE KEBAB'S





This is the most fun recipe must have made. A tikki made from chapatis.You may specially use the leftover ones….sounds unbelievable?? 
True ,but once you try this recipe you'll stop eating chapatis in dinner and purposely leave the rotis uneaten….
Made from just 3 main ingredients…this is another …Super easy to make and super yummy to eat.
A must try for all mums….
No one would believe that its made from rotis….it was a hit at my place.


You need:
Poha :1/2 cup  (soaked in water for 1 hour and drained well.)

Peanuts: 3-4 tbsp. ( ground in a mixer)
Salt to taste
Red chilli to taste
Green chilli to taste
Chaat masala: 1/2 tsp
Dhania powder:1 tsp
Garam masala :1/2 tsp
Dhania leaves : 1/4 cup
Oil for frying.

Rotis :6-7


Method:

  1. Mix all of the above in a pan. Keep it in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
  2. After a while, take them out.Make small balls and shape them into kababs/Tikkis.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan. Fry the kababs on high flame.
  4. Serve hot with mint / khatti meethi chutney.
  5. Enjoy these amazing tikkis!!

  1. You mentioned that Tikki is made from left over Chappati but in the ingredients you mentioned Poha. So it is confusing me .. Kindly tell me exactly what to use. Thanks

    Sorry for replying so late.
    The answer to your query is: it is a tikki made from leftover chapatis only, but you need something to bind them together.So poha is put in just as a binder.It binds the roti mash well so that they dont break while cooking.do try this recipe ,am sure youl love the dish.Will look forward to hear your experience.
